I believe true leadership begins with self-leadership; we must embody the behaviors we wish to inspire in others. My diverse personal and professional experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of resilience, effective communication, and strategic leadership—essential elements for driving your leadership transformation and achieving tangible results.

Navigating significant life changes since 2010, I learned to turn challenges into growth opportunities, emphasizing the importance of emotional intelligence in fostering collaboration and trust—critical skills for effective leadership. This foundation set the stage for my transition in February 2011 from a stay-at-home parent to leading nationally recognized energy efficiency programs, where I championed sustainable change and innovation.

In April 2018, I was promoted to organizational change management leader and became certified as a PROSCI Change Management Professional. In this role, I developed and implemented strategies that facilitated individual, team, andorganizational transformation, demonstrating my commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.

Recognizing the isolation leaders often face during times of change, I became a certified Gallup Strengths coach in January 2021. This training enables me to empower leaders to leverage their unique strengths, navigate transitions, and foster a culture of self-awareness and effectiveness. My pursuit of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification in 2023 further solidified my dedication to helping leaders enhance their communication and decision-making skills, driving resilience and improved organizational performance.

In March 2021, I joined a global leader in healthcare services, where I focused on enterprise transformation and organizational change. My desire to support leaders more effectively led me to my role as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in 2022 at a medical device company specializing in portable oxygen concentrators. Now, as Director of People Partners, I lead a team committed to enhancing organizational alignment and helping leaders achieve their strategic goals. My work involves navigating complex dynamics and implementing strategies that drive engagement, productivity, and measurable results.

Bootstrapping your way to a new story about the world around you is one of the most difficult things
you’ll ever do. Our current story was built piecemeal, over time, the result of vivid interactions and hard-
fought lessons.
But if that story isn’t getting you where you need to go, then what’s it for?
It’s entirely possible that the story we tell ourselves all day every day is true and accurate and useful, the
